Incomplete or incorrect delivery Returns
The Company makes every effort to provide great customer service. However, if you find yourself receiving an incorrect or incomplete delivery, return of the order is required for the Company to evaluate and re-send the order. Damaged or Defected Product Returns (DOA)
Damaged or defected products shall be returned within seven (7) days from delivery. The returned goods should not be damaged or altered and in their original packaging to be eligible for return and they shall be accompanied with their original invoice documents. Please keep in mind the following:
